About this tool

Review irreversible PDF safety changes before applying them

Search for sensitive patterns, verify redaction regions on a page preview, and explicitly confirm permanent changes. The same workspace can remove document metadata, inspect signature fields, add a password, or remove protection when you provide the authorized password.

What you can do

  • Search for sensitive text and review redaction regions
  • Apply permanent redaction deliberately
  • Remove document metadata
  • Inspect signature fields and manage authorized password protection

How it works

  1. Upload one PDF and provide its authorized password if required.
  2. Review detected information, metadata, and signature fields.
  3. Confirm the chosen safety action and download the validated PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Is PDF redaction permanent?

Yes. The redaction action is designed to remove selected content rather than merely draw a shape over it.

Can the toolkit remove PDF metadata?

Yes. Metadata cleaning is a separate reviewed action in the protection workspace.

Are PDF passwords stored?

No. Authorized passwords are request-only and are not written to job metadata or logs.
