About this tool

Turn an existing document into a fillable PDF form

The form editor detects likely writing areas and lets you add, move, resize, rename, or remove fields before export. It supports common AcroForm field types and can prefill a single record or generate multiple completed PDFs from structured rows.

What you can do

  • Detect text, date, checkbox, radio, dropdown, signature, and table fields
  • Move and resize fields on a page preview
  • Prefill forms from JSON, pasted rows, or an Excel workbook
  • Generate one or many validated fillable PDFs

How it works

  1. Upload the PDF you want to turn into a form.
  2. Review detected fields and correct their names, types, and positions.
  3. Create and download the fillable PDF or prefilled copies.
